Pauline Dennigan

I have extensive experience helping clients work through a range of concerns in various settings during my training; including a cancer care centre, university counselling service, and nationwide online services. The work included self-esteem issues, anxiety, panic attacks, low mood, depression, self-harm, stress, relationship issues and childhood trauma. I also have a special interest in women's peri and postnatal mental health and the difficulties associated with menopause transition. Rarely, there is just one cause for any given issue. This is why I take biological, psychological and social factors into account during our first session. I am committed to finding the approach or combination of approaches that are the right fit for you. Above all, I will listen until you feel heard, understood, and accepted.
